  This is for the lovely lady and 2 great guys who restored my faith in what good old fashioned customer service is all about. I pulled up outside the unit and called on my phone asking for a tyre for my Renault Clio and to have the spare wheel swopped over with my alloy wheel on the rear offside of my car. They were just about to close as it was 16.55pm. When they realised I was outside the 3 members of staff rallied round and between them completed the job in a matter of minutes, they were extremely welcoming and friendly and all with a wicked sense of humour!!! Well done for your outstanding service I would recommend them to anyone and will definitely be using Tyres Direct at Water Eaton Bletchley in the future...
